Flora & Fauna
Nature is an artist’s greatest inspiration. This collection reflects some of my favorite parts of the great outdoors, from land to sea, cute to spooky, majestic to humble.
A piece created to raise funds for the folks in Ukraine. The blue sky and wheat fields are representative of the country's flag, while the shimmering watercolor sun piercing through the clouds symbolizes hope for a better tomorrow. The fabric is wrapped around the hoop for floating illusion, clouds are cotton, and the hanging mechanism is a bronze chain.
My first punch needle piece, inspired by images from a coloring book. Materials include blue tulle, beads, and watercolor (including shimmering watercolor pigment!)
Sometimes we stitch where we want to be. Piece made wit DMC cotton and diamante thread, cotton clouds, and watercolor.

Two perfect pets, created in memory of Tinkerbell.
Mixed media landscape with sparkly birds, cotton clouds, and a watercolor sunset over mountains and forest.
